The Life C.H.A.N.G.E.S Program    

The C.H.A.N.G.E.S is a requested program and is not about crisis management or a temporary way to “feel” good. C.H.A.N.G.E.S is for those individuals that are ready for a positive life change and are prepared to do what it takes to be happy and healthy. C.H.A.N.G.E.S is a positive, efficient and proven approach that guides, teaches and motivates each person to greater happiness and health.

 

The program involves every aspect related to health such as; diet, nutrition, exercise, optimal-aging therapies and specific C.H.A.N.G.E.S. lifestyle counseling (one-on-one, seminars and workshops) which is not like regular counselling/coaching and is not for everyone.

For those that choose to enter into this program, there are a few new ideas or understandings that are typically discussed. 
  • I am now ready in my life to do anything that will lead to me to more happiness and health.

 

  • I am responsible for my actions in my life.

 

  • I have chosen this approach because I want efficient change in my life and I have the desire and determination to be happy and healthy.

 

  • My success in the C.H.A.N.G.E.S program will be determined by my level of commitment, attendance, communication and participation in the program.

 

  • This process will involve one-on-visits, seminars or group workshops.

 

  • This process may involve attending private work-shops with others. In this forum participation, openness is vital for my overall health and happiness.

 

  • Even positive changes may bring up unpleasant aspects of my life and I may experience uncomfortable feelings like sadness, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness, and helplessness.

 

  • I will have faith and trust in the process and will allow myself to be guided even though unexpected and uncomfortable feelings of pain, anger or guilt may arise.

 

  • I have the freedom to discontinue the clinic emotional process of my health at any time. I have the freedom to participate. I have the freedom to stay the same and I have the freedom to change. I have the freedom of choice.

 

  • I will actively ask for help and use all of the facility resources and people before I decide to change or discontinue this program.

 

  • I will take a pro-active role by asking questions, completing all the assigned tasks, asking for help and communicating any uncomfortable feelings to the guide as soon as possible.

 

  • I will continue to practice the “positive tools and tasks” that I have learned to create positive changes in my life.

 

  • I will share by example and guide those that wish and ask to be guided.
